Waxing: Before your wax make sure the area is clean and exfoliated. We take hygiene very seriously so if you are coming straight from work please use the wipes in the bathroom.
After your wax red skin for 6-8 hours is totally normal, sensitive areas sometimes bruise but this is rare. Waxed skin is prone to infections due to bacteria entering the skin. Avoid swimming, hot tubs, exercise and sun beds for 24 hours after treatment. Avoid friction after your wax, so steer clear of tight clothes, rubbing, scratching and intercourse. 48 hours after your wax exfoliate and do this twice weekly until your next appointment to avoid ingrown hairs. Moisturise the area after with baby oil or a high quality un-perfumed moisturiser. To avoid prickly regrowth, ditch your razor and make sure your next appointment is in the diary for roughly 4 weeks time.

HD Brows: For your first HD brow appointment have a good amount of hair growth, anything between 4-8 weeks is the best length of time for the best results. Once you have had your treatment avoid prolonged contact with direct sunlight, the use of sunbeds, saunas and steam rooms for 24 hours. It is advisable not to use any fake tanning products on your face for around 2-3 days either side of the treatment. If you do wish to use a tanning product ensure your brow is covered with a barrier cream to prevent discolouration of your tint. Remember your results will be darker and more defined immediately after your treatment. Makeup applied is not permanent and tint will fade depending on the frequency of cleansing. Finally avoid tweezing between appointments.

LVL lash lift: For the first 24 hours after your treatment it’s important not to allow water to come in to contact with your lashes. For 2 days afterwards do not steam your face, use a steam bath, swim or wash your face with hot water. Do not use waterproof mascara. Use an oil free makeup remover if mascara is worn (only use a water-based mascara). Don’t rub your eyes when washing your face – always pat the lashes dry after cleansing. Ensure lashes are not manipulated into different positions (e.g. when sleeping, cleansing the face, applying moisturiser or cosmetics).
